The essentials before ordering a made-to-order sink.
Material and colour
The exact reference is usually shown on the kitchen invoice. Order only when brand, colour and finish match; a screen cannot reproduce colour precisely.
The online shop sells Dekton and Silestone only. Use the enquiry page for another brand; it will not be presented as a purchasable product.
Measurements and installation
Measure the usable internal opening in millimetres and check pipes and supports. Configurator dimensions are internal.
Installation is not included. We recommend using the worktop professional and following the technical drawing.
Order and delivery
The cart calculates country, postcode and delivery before payment. Online checkout is disabled where no explicit rate exists.
The piece is made to your configuration. Check material, finish and measurements before paying.
Guarantee and issues
The statutory guarantee is three years. Made-to-order manufacture excludes withdrawal under Article 103.c, without limiting your rights for defects or discrepancies.
