Data and purposes
Order, address, email and phone data are used to take pre-contractual steps, perform the contract and meet legal duties. Enquiries are handled to take requested pre-contractual steps or on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering them.
Stripe processes card details directly; Oasink does not store complete card numbers. Analytics is activated only after consent and receives no contact details.
Recipients and retention
Data is shared only with the payment, database, email, error-monitoring and delivery providers needed to operate the service, and with public bodies when required by law. Orders are retained for statutory periods; enquiries for no longer than one year after the last contact.
