Manufacture and delivery
Manufacture normally takes 15 to 31 days, plus the transit time shown for the delivery zone. Country, postcode and the complete cost are calculated in the cart.
Receiving the order
Inspect the packaging with the carrier. Record visible damage on the delivery note and contact contact [at] oasink [dot] com within 24 hours with photographs.
No right of withdrawal
Every sink is manufactured for the particular order in the selected model, material, colour, finish and dimensions. As goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This never removes statutory rights for damage, defects or discrepancies.
Guarantee
The statutory conformity guarantee is 3 years from delivery. If an issue arises, contact contact [at] oasink [dot] com with the order number and photographs. The remedies and order of priority established by consumer law apply.
