Terms applying to orders placed through the Oasink online shop.
Seller and contract
The seller is Mida Marbres S.L., tax ID B-97779904, at Calle Senia la Llobera, 7, 46770, Xeraco, Valencia (ES), contact contact [at] oasink [dot] com. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment and Oasink sends the order confirmation.
Configuration and price
Before payment, the model, material, finish, measurements, quantity, tax and delivery are shown. The customer must check the material reference and internal measurements.
Payment and confirmation
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Oasink does not store complete card details. If payment is cancelled or fails, the cart remains available.
Manufacture and delivery
Each piece is reviewed and made to order. Normal manufacturing takes 15 to 31 days, plus the transit shown for the selected zone.
Made-to-order product
The sink is made to the selected specifications and is excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 103.c. This does not limit statutory conformity rights.
Conformity and issues
Goods carry a 3-year statutory guarantee under Article 120. For damage, defects or discrepancies, contact contact [at] oasink [dot] com with the order number and photographs.
